Hello, I'm Mrs. Sharma, and my 14-year-old daughter, Maya, recently took 5 classes at Planet Spark. Our experience has been okay, but not perfect. We appreciate Miss Aishwarya effort in helping Maya learn better. However, we've faced a few problems. Firstly, using Planet Spark's website was slow and hard for Maya and me. Also, we think the lessons could have more videos to help Maya understand better. We hope Planet Spark will fix these issues to make learning easier for Maya and other students.

In my 10 months using this platform, I've had a mixed experience. At first, my laptop didn't work well with it, and the counselors seemed great and educated in persuading me to join. They talked a lot about how important it is for kids to use the platform, though. It was smart to try out some classes before signing up, but you can only do that on their own platform. After I signed up, I had some problems, but the customer service was very helpful. Overall, it's good.

The teaching quality here is commendable, but there have been some hiccups with the administration team. Initially, they made promises during admission that weren't kept; for instance, I paid for 60 classes over 6 months, but after completing only 30 classes, they claimed it was only for 30 sessions. Which was solved after i raised complains and talked to some people. However, despite these administrative challenges, the teaching standards remain consistently high, which is a definite positive aspect of the experience.

However, our concerns were efficiently handled by Academic Heads "Neha Sharma" and "Priya Patel". Instead of opting for a refund, they took proactive steps to assign us a new teacher. We were introduced to Ms. Nandini Sharma, a Platinum teacher, whose expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our learning experience. We extend our gratitude to the team for promptly addressing our concerns and ensuring a smooth transition. Their swift action and commitment to resolving issues exemplify their dedication to providing quality education.
