I appreciate PlanetSpark's quick resolution

I enrolled my 10-year-old daughter, Anaya, in PlanetSpark's Creative Writing and Public Speaking Course three months ago. Initially, we had issues with slow responses from her teacher, which was quite frustrating. However, after I raised a ticket and emailed customer support, they quickly reassigned a new teacher, and things have been much better since. I appreciate PlanetSpark's quick resolution, I hope they improve the initial teacher assignments in the future.

I absolutely love PlanetSpark

Occasional technical Glitches. Overall Great.

The platform has engaging activities and discussions that keep my 9 year old Avyam interested in learning, and the teachers are supportive and knowledgeable we've encountered technical issues with the website, such as games not loading and the learning system getting stuck, which can be frustrating. Despite these challenges, we're hopeful that PlanetSpark will address these issues soon.
