I appreciate PlanetSpark's quick resolution

I enrolled my 10-year-old daughter, Anaya, in PlanetSpark's Creative Writing and Public Speaking Course three months ago. Initially, we had issues with slow responses from her teacher, which was quite frustrating. However, after I raised a ticket and emailed customer support, they quickly reassigned a new teacher, and things have been much better since. I appreciate PlanetSpark's quick resolution, I hope they improve the initial teacher assignments in the future.

there is a visible difference in my daughter's speaking skills

honestly speaking there were issues initially the site was very slow and the demo class was not up to the mark then I wanted to withdraw my child from that course but then I got a call from Planetspark and they conducted another session which was great now my child has taken 10 classes and there is a visible difference in her speaking skills.

I absolutely love PlanetSpark

I am a mother of a 10-year-old daughter named Kruti, and I manage her Planetspark account since she's in 3rd grade. I absolutely enjoy the knockout game. Even as a parent, I find it engaging and interactive, and it teaches me a lot. These games offer a lot of learning opportunities, and I'm grateful for that.

Occasional technical Glitches. Overall Great.

The platform has engaging activities and discussions that keep my 9 year old Avyam interested in learning, and the teachers are supportive and knowledgeable we've encountered technical issues with the website, such as games not loading and the learning system getting stuck, which can be frustrating. Despite these challenges, we're hopeful that PlanetSpark will address these issues soon.

The activity center is great.

The activity center at Planetspark is really great. My 8-year-old son loves playing the learning games there. He enjoys going to classes and finds the webinars helpful. As a parent, I'm happy with how much he's learning.
